Do you use the diving boards at the pool? Do you brave the high dive, or stick to the low ones?

The high dive can be pretty scary. But, for some people, it isn’t high enough. This Video of the Day features one of those people.

Dana Kunze started high diving at just 13. At 16, he set a world record for highest dive. Over the next decade, he broke that record seven times.

This video shows his final record-breaking dive. Kunze jumps from an unbelievable 172-foot tower! It’s tough to wrap your mind around that number.

Kunze made this dive in 1984. His record still stands.
