This great video takes a look behind a YouTube phenomenon. You may remember the amazing Canon Rock by guitarist funtwo. I featured the shredding guitar piece as a past Video of the Day.

That video is one of the most viewed in the history of YouTube. Nearly 50 million people have seen the original posting. Millions more have seen it in various re-postings. But nobody really knew who funtwo was. In the video a hat hides his face.

It turns out funtwo is a Korean man named Jeong-Hyun Lim. He is currently studying computer science in New Zealand. A New Zealand TV show recently caught up with him. His rise to Internet fame is fascinating. But he hasn’t let the popularity go to his head.
