Every year the brightest minds in science gather at Harvard University. There they honor the wackiest discoveries of the year. The prize highlights achievements that make people laugh. But they are also findings that make people think.

Did you know fleas on dogs jump higher than fleas on cats? The velocity of thrown cheddar cheese is affected by temperature. If you have to take a placebo, expensive ones are more effective. All of these are Ig Noble Prize winners.
