This great YouTube video features good food and a serving of history. Clara Cannucciari is a 91-year-old cook and great grandmother. She has a series of videos called Great Depression Cooking.

In them, Clara shows how to prepare dishes from the Great Depression. These were the dishes on which she and her family survived.

While cooking, she also recounts memories of her life at that time. This is the part I like the most. This video is interesting and tasty.
