This cool YouTube video may hold the secret to a long life. Harry Lee McGinnis is on an incredible journey. More than 18 years ago, he decided to walk around the world. He set out from Dublin, Ireland. And he hasn’t stopped since.

Few people could undertake such a journey. You’re probably thinking of someone young, fit and determined. Did I mention McGinnis is almost 82? He certainly doesn’t look it. And he says he knows why.

McGinnis believes if you want to live longer, go see the world. And he’s done just that. He’s crossed Europe, Africa and Asia. He’s currently in South America. He plans to be home in 2010. But he’s not in a hurry.
