A remarkable track star
8/26/09Athletic achievement knows no bounds. But age is a pretty big hurdle for most people. Frank Levine doesn’t fall in with most people. He’s a track star at 95-years-old.
Levine ran his first marathon at 65. And he’s racked up another 17 since then. But he recently set a new world record for a 5K race. He was the only one competing in the 95 to 99-year-old category. And he completed it 50 minutes and 10 seconds. That’s fast for anyone.
